In Stompin’ Tom in Live Concert, Stompin’ Tom - performs his classic songs of Canada from albums released over the last 40 years in front of a sold out crowd at Hamilton Place in Hamilton, Ontario. The JUNO Award-winning artist delivers a lively set, encouraging singing and “stompin'" from the crowd as he performs 13 hits including "The Hockey Song," "Bud the Spud" and "Sudbury Saturday Night."

Stompin’ Tom in Live Concert was produced by Pillar Media Inc. of Peterborough ON, established in 2005 in association with tour promotion company Rocklands Entertainment Inc.

Stompin' Tom is one of the most famed and adored figures in the history of Canadian popular culture. From the time he was a child in Skinner's Pond, P.E.I., Stompin' Tom's heart has been devoted to his Canadian heritage. He had his big break when he was discovered playing a few of his songs in a hotel in Timmins, Ontario. These few songs turned into a contract to play at the hotel and a weekly spot on a local radio station. Since that time, Stompin’ Tom has used his voice to declare his love for his country and to all who would listen.

Throughout his career, Stompin' Tom has released 49 albums which have sold in excess of three million units in Canada. He has written two autobiographies including the Number 1 best-seller Before The Fame (released in 1996), and has published a number of children's books. He has also earned six JUNO Awards, The Officer's Medal in the Order Of Canada, and the Governor General’s Award for Performing Excellence.

He has received the National Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN), the Keys to the City of several municipalities across Canada and three Honourary Doctorate of Laws degrees from the University of Toronto, the University of Prince Edward Island and St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
